lordy rodriguez

Lordy Rodriguez (born 1976; Quezon City, Philippines) is a contemporary artist who uses cartography and maps to reconfigure factual locations and create fictional assemblage pieces. Inspired by family road trips across the country, Rodriguez was influenced by the maps his family used to navigate the country.

 

Rodriquez has had solo exhibitions at the Austin Museum of Art (Austin, TX), the Hosfelt Gallery (San Francisco, CA), and Clementine Gallery (New York).

Receiving his MFA. from Stanford in 2008, Rodriguez's work is part of the Achenbach Foundation for Graphic Arts, Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco.

Katherin is a filmmaker, multimedia artist, and activist. She is a Co-founder of Raw Love Productions, a multimedia production company focusing on visual storytelling, and the Criminal Justice Director for Seattle Restorative Justice, a non-profit organization helping to create alternatives to our current punitive justice system using restorative practices which reverse the school-to-prison pipeline and promote racial equity and healing. She is currently producing “The Prison Within”, a documentary series examining the U.S. Justice System through the eyes and voices of those most impacted – prisoners with life sentences, survivors of violent crime, and the communities left behind.

She is currently Board President of Old Growth Northwest, which cultivates a diverse ecosystem of writers and readers by advocating, creating spaces, and sharing skills to promote underrepresented voices.

Katherin is a graduate of the University of Washington, Vancouver Film School, and Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.

Massimo Bardetti is co-owner and creator of Raw Love Productions. He is an experienced leader in the technology field, with 15 years of hands-on experience in leading engineering teams. His professional career focuses on media content management and distribution. As a VP of Software Development at AccessIT (now Cinedigm) Massimo was a key contributor to the first successful large-scale deployment of studio certified digital cinema systems in the country. He worked with major Hollywood studios, exhibitors and standard bodies to advance the digital cinema standard now in use (DCI, SMPTE). As a Chief Architect at ANN Systems he developed media management software for the news broadcast industry.

 

Massimo brings to every project a lifelong passion for computer science paired with a love of visual arts and the humanities.
